Wasim began his career in 2010 at technology recruiting firms in New Jersey and New York City. He later joined Yusen Logistics to lead corporate recruiting across three divisions, gaining invaluable insight into logistics and making over 200 hires in two years. After also heading up recruiting for Ports America, he realized the industry needed more technology-focused supply chain talent. Thus, the Munayyer Group was born.

Behind every successful entrepreneur is a supportive partner. For Wasim, that’s his wife Whitney, the backbone of their family and the Munayyer Group. Their four-legged kids include Jasmine the Lab (12) and Isla the Boykin (3). An amateur golfer and devoted NY Giants and NJ Devils fan, Wasim has built his career around getting to know people and helping them pursue their goals. Any success he’s achieved is thanks to the great people around him. Above all, he’s grateful he found a way to make a career out of matching talent with opportunity.
